Faith-Filled Stewardship 2025

My fellow parishioners,

As we approach the beginning of another liturgical year with the first Sunday in Advent on December 1, I’d like to reflect on some of the many activities that have taken place at St. Paul’s this year.  The 2023 Christmas Eve services will be remembered for the way our parish worked together to celebrate the birth of Christ despite the eleventh-hour illnesses that kept Todd and Nina home. The successful organ fund campaign is nearly complete, we have a new online Parish directory with current photos, and Lenten dinners made a well-received return this year.  In addition to the Sunday services, the Wednesday evening prayer and the Celtic services continue to serve different members of the community.  Various outreach projects throughout the year have provided essentials for students at RS Payne and EC Glass, and welcome bags for children in the supervised visitation program at the YWCA.

Each of you has played an essential role in the life of our parish. Your dedication, prayers, hard work, and contributions have helped us to grow in our mission to know Christ, to worship Christ, to serve Christ, and to make Him known.

As our stewardship campaign progresses, I’d like to remind you that stewardship is not just about finances; it encompasses the time and talents we offer to God’s work. It’s about sharing our blessings and ensuring that our parish continues to thrive. Your support enables us to maintain our beautiful worship space, provide meaningful programs, and engage in outreach that makes a difference in the lives of many.

Ingathering is scheduled for November 17.  I ask that you prayerfully consider what contributions you will make to the work of our Parish over the next year.  Thank you for your continued commitment to our parish and for being a vital part of our journey together.

Sincerely,

Andrew Davidson
Senior Warden
