Sunday mornings at St. Paul’s include:
8:00 AM:
- Holy Eucharist, Rite 1 – This service features more traditional language in a contemplative and intimate setting that features a cantor and harpist.
10:00 AM:
- Formation classes for children
- Choral Holy Eucharist – The 10:00 a.m. Eucharist attracts a widely varied congregation of all ages including a strong contingent of young families. Music is led by the St. Paul’s Choir with participation from St. Paul’s Handbell choir.
Wednesdays (September-May):
5:30 PM:
- Evening Prayer & Holy Eucharist – This service, lasting only about 30 minutes, is filled with times of silence and meditation. Susan Carol, St. Paul’s Celtic harpist, provides quiet music prior to the service as well as during the Communion. Join us for the stillness as we end the day.
The seating at St. Paul’s is not reserved and there is always room for visitors. An usher will give you a printed order of service where you will find the scripture readings of the day, along with additional service music and psalms. St. Paul’s parishioners are always happy to help, so do ask a question if you have one.
You will notice that the clergy and lay people serving at the altar wear special garments to signify their different ministries. The congregation’s dress is quite diverse with people dressed in everything from blue jeans to business suits.
