The parishioners spoke and Vestry listened! An off-site fellowship gathering was one of the topmost items mentioned in the Vestry Survey. On Sunday, October 15th, Historic St. Paul’s is proud to host the 1st Annual Parish Retreat at The Wailes Center, Sweet Briar College.
Our keynote speaker is Martha Bourlakas, author of Love Feast, Together at the Table, and Our One Word, Creating Spiritual Joy and Depth; she also the owner of Storied Goods and is the wife of Bishop Mark Bourlakas. The committee has planned a fun day that includes worship, fellowship, and activities for our church family.
